Meditation for a Peaceful Mind (Ages 16+) – Saturday, November 1 (10:30 am)
Join us for an enjoyable meditation on love! Our relationships with others are so important. Happy relationships depend on developing cherishing love, a mind that sees others as important and cares about their happiness. Our instructor, Nick Birdsall, will teach and guide a simple but profound meditation that increases our heart of cherishing love, which we can then bring to all our relationships, making them more stable, peaceful and enjoyable. Everyone is welcome.
