Teen Crafternoons – Watercolor Fan Decor Walk-thru (online only)

Follow along with the Teen Librarian, as she decorates a paper fan with watercolor, by watching a pre-recorded tutorial that will be posted on Discord and Facebook by the end of the day on July 5. (For ages 13-19).
