Ken Reid, Idaho State Archeologist, will present a program Wednesday, May 11, at 7 p.m., in the Community Room at the Coeur d’Alene Public Library, 702 E. Front Ave. “When Were Those Guys? Closing in on Idaho’s Clovis Culture,” is presented by the Idaho Historical Society as part of “PaleoIdaho,” the celebration of Idaho Archeology and Historic Preservation Month during May. The Wallace District Mining Museum, 509 Bank St., will host “The REAL Dirt: The Archeology of Prostitution in Sandpoint, Idaho,” by Mark Warner on May 19, at 7 p.m. “From Time Immemorial: The Prehistoric Archeology on Sand Creek” will be presented by Robert Betts at the Bonner County Historical Museum, 611 S. Ella in Sandpoint, on May 19 at 7 p.m. Bob Weaver will present “Historical Archeology of Sand Creek Byway” in the same location On May 26 at 7 p.m.
